Installing the MPEG components

The first time you view a study that contains an MPEG, the MPEG components must be downloaded and installed on your computer. The MPEG components include DirectX and the Agfa MPEG components. On Internet Explorer, the components are downloaded automatically. On Netscape, you must click on the DirectX and Agfa MPEG components links to start the downloads. The components are unpacked and installed with a few prompts to you.

If prompted, you must reboot your computer after DirectX installs. Return to  and the same study to continue with the Agfa MPEG components install.

Note Note: If you choose not to install the MPEG components, you will view MPEGs as wavelets in Cine mode.
