Participating in a conference

While you are working, you may receive an invitation to participate in a conference session. Typically, an initiator calls to arrange a session ahead of time. When an invitation to join a conference arrives, it is your choice to accept or reject the invitation. If you accept the invitation, the Conference page is automatically selected. Your mouse can then be used as a pointer and any markups you add to the images are viewed by all users participating in the conference.

To participate in a conference

1. When an invitation to join a conference appears, click Yes.
2. Send messages to other users.

3. Read the messages that appear in the message window above.
4. Manipulate the images.
