Ensuring studies are not deleted from the  server

 automatically deletes studies from the  Server after a set period of time. If you think a study is of clinical interest for future reference, use the Protect Study tool. Protect selected studies are not deleted from the  Server.

To protect studies from deletion on the  Server

1. Select a study you want to protect in the Display list.
2. Click Protect Study from the Study page.

A lock icon appears in the Image Status column of the Display list for the selected study.

To unprotect a study

1. Select the study you want to unprotect.
2. To unprotect a study, click Protect Study again.
