: Cannot save or print images and reports

I cannot save or print images, pull all images, switch servers, or save multiframes as Wavelets.

Before you logged in, you were asked to accept the security certificate.

The Java applet used by  is signed with a security certificate so that it can access certain features of your computer, such as printing. The certificate verifies that the applet has been obtained from a trusted source, and will not perform any illegal operations.

Accepting the security certificate allows the  application to:

• save machine settings, reports, images as JPEGs, and multiframes as MPEGs
• print images and reports
• use the Patient Drop down in the Display page
• pull all images and switch servers
• display modalities that have toolbars with the Markup Toggle Button
• maintain a login history for security purposes
• use the StudyViewer in URL mode.

Instead of accepting the security certificate by clicking Always, you likely clicked No.

If you clicked No, the application continues to load but does not function properly.

To accept the security certificate

1. Log out of  .
2. Type the URL of the  server in your web browser:

http://<hostname of the  server> or http://<IP address>

3. When prompted to accept the security certificate, click Always.
4. Log in to  .
