: The toolbar is blocking access to the resized  window

I resized the  window to the point that when I expanded the toolbar, I could not access the  window .

When  is resized, the full toolbar is replaced with >> to indicate more tools are available. If the  window is resized to a narrow enough size, clicking >> to expand the toolbar blocks access back to the  window. The toolbar does not minimize.

Press the Alt key or the Esc (Escape) key and the toolbar will close, allowing you to access and expand the  window.
