Magnifying an Image with the Magnify Glass Tool

The Magnify tool lets you view areas of the image at any magnification. There are multiple ways to manipulate magnified images, depending on what you are most comfortable with and the type of mouse you are using.

To magnify an image

1. Click Magnify glass.
2. Click the image to magnify an area.
3. To magnify different areas, click and drag the mouse pointer over the image.
4. To increase or decrease the magnification, press Ctrl and right-click and drag upwards.

To increase or decrease the magnification, press Ctrl and click and drag downwards. If you have a three mouse button, use the middle mouse button to decrease the magnification.

To stop using the Magnify tool

To return to normal view, click Magnify glass again.
