Saving reports to your hard drive
Reports can be saved to your hard drive in one of three formats:
- Plain text (.txt) is unformatted text which opens
the report in WordPad, Notepad, Microsoft Word, or WordPerfect.
- Rich text format (.rtf) keeps some of the formatting
of the original document and opens the report in WordPad, Notepad, Microsoft
Word, or WordPerfect.
- Hypertext markup language (.html) displays the
report in a web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator).
To save a report
- Select one or more studies from the Study
page.
- Select the Report
page or click Retrieve Report.

- Click Save.
The default save dialog for your computer's operating
system opens.
- Enter the name of the file.
- Give the file name one of the following extensions:
.txt, .rtf, or .html.
- Click Save.
